Returns Policy
All discrepancies and claims must be reported to Nordhus within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please check all items within shipment. Freight damages should be filed with the carrier.
Claims may require photos supporting the claim to receive full credit. Because most Nordhus merchandise is handcrafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.

Our customers are responsible for shipping charges. Refunds are made to the original method of payment less the original shipping fee and return shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect. Orders damaged during shipping will be sent again free of charge.Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of return receipt for the refund to be issued so that we may process the return and conduct a quality control review. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.
